With sadness, we learned of the falling-asleep in Our Lord of +Alexander Olshanovsky, on October 2, 2022, at the age of 88. +Alex was a long-time friend of our community, and beloved husband of Evelyn, who for many years worshipped with us and sang in our choir. The funeral services are as follows:
Thursday October 6:
Fr. John will serve a panikhida (memorial service) at 8:00 PM, at Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown.
Friday, October 7:
A funeral service will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, here at St. Andrew’s. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Port Jefferson.
